I've led teams of 250+ engineers, managed portfolios exceeding $250M, and delivered transformations that produced $75M in operational savings across digital commerce, identity and customer data platforms, order management, and AI-driven capabilities supporting tens of millions of customers and multibillion-dollar revenue.
I believe transformation only sticks when the people adopting it are invested in its success. I founded a culture and community program for 4,000+ technology associates built around engagement, education, leadership development, and allyship. Today, as Global Vice President at Quantum Metric, I partner with C-suite and senior leaders at Fortune 100 organizations to optimize customer, digital, and employee experience across every channel, with a particular focus on agentic AI implementations and the operational discipline that turns experimentation into enterprise outcomes. I lead the global telecom and media vertical, and advise across retail, financial services, hospitality, and beyond.
I've keynoted and spoken at industry events including CCW and TM Forum Copenhagen, mentor early-stage founders and CEOs through Endeavor, and serve as Vice Chair (President-Elect) of SIM Philadelphia.
Led enterprise data consolidation and identity management strategy across a Fortune 50 organization. Architected a microservices-based platform that unified customer data, enabled digital self-service, and reduced development cycles from hours to minutes.
